What do I need to schedule a reservation?
1) Must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 must have a boater education certificate. Visit www.tpwd.texas.gov for more information.
2) A valid driver's license
3) A major credit card (name on credit card must match driver's license)
How old must I be to operate a ski?
Operators must be at least 16 years of age and meet the Texas Boater education requirements: {Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 must take the Texas Boater Safety Course to operate a personal watercraft}. Operators must have a picture identification card and a boater education certification card issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in their possession.
Can I cancel my reservation after it is placed?
Yes, reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to your reservation without incurring a cancellation fee. Failure to provide at least a 3 day notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 reservation fee required per ski. Failure to show up for your reservation will also result in forfeiture of your $50 reservation fee per ski and a full day's rental fees being charged to your card (per ski).
What happens if I rent a ski and it rains on my scheduled day?
Due to the ever changing weather conditions we cannot issue a refund on the date of your reservation. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your reservation for a future date.
How many people can ride the jet ski?
A minimum of 1 or a maximum of 3 people (2 adults & 1 child) can ride the jet ski. (Total weight = 524 lbs.)
What are your pick-up/drop-off times?
Drop-off/pick-up times: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Am I responsible for damaged equipment or accessories?
If there is a problem with the jet ski, we will determine the cause and make a determination of who is responsible for the damages. As part of the rental agreement, the renter is responsible for the jet ski and all included equipment and accessories while in their possession and any damages that occur during that time.
